Why
To respond to your request, to arrange and confirm appointments, and to keep a record of our correspondence with you as a client of the house.
Who sees it
Only DANELIAN staff who need it to help you. Data is transmitted to our email or CRM provider for delivery and is never sold or shared for marketing.
How long
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to serve you. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
